This position reports directly to the Executive Deputy Director of Athletics, This position requires the leadership skills to develop and implement measures to ensure the efficient maintenance and operations for athletic facilities; included but not limited to project management, capital building projects, organizational structure and staffing, administrative and budget utilization. The selected candidate will be responsible for managing, and overseeing facilities planning, site planning, and programming for Athletics District-wide facilities (i.e. updates to the Athletics portion of the Campus Master Plan) and assisting with capital investment programs.

This professional position provides direct oversight and leadership of the day-to-day operations for athletic grounds and facilities. The candidate must have outstanding written and verbal communication skills, problem resolution abilities, and a high level of discretion with confidential information. This candidate must have the ability to prioritize projects, perform difficult tasks with precision and meet aggressive deadlines. 

Qualifications:
Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with a minimum of five years related exempt experience or a Master's degree with a minimum of three years of related exempt experience. Master's degree in a related field preferred.
