Position Summary:
This is a key position in a small, fast-paced environment. The position requires working collaboratively on multiple projects simultaneously with a heavy emphasis on project management and report writing. Other primary responsibilities include: interacting with clients; conducting market research; analyzing data; and developing financial pro formas.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or graduate degree in economics, finance or accounting
• Preferably experience in public assembly, real estate or hospitality industries
• Demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to function in a fast paced, high pressure environment
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively as part of a team
• Good prioritization and time management skills
• Passion for research and exploration and ability to acquire data from multiple resources
• Excellent reasoning and strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy and sharing results in a non-analytical format
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and consistently meet deadlines
• Extremely proficient computer skills with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) with Advanced Excel skills
• Ability to travel, as required
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet client and project deadlines
