This position is based at our Miami Beach Convention Center. The newly re-defined Miami Beach Convention Center, often described as a "Center of Creative Collaboration," will continue as a "Gateway to the Americas" by accommodating and attracting national and international events and conventions. The Center hosts national and international trade such as Art Basel Miami Beach and eMerge Americas. The renovated building, complete in 2018, feature nearly 500,000 feet of exhibit space, a brand new 60,000 square foot ballroom, and 81 meeting rooms comprising 190,000 square feet.

Qualifications:
Responsible for planning, directing and implementing the Human Resources function for MBCC. The HR Business Partner position is responsible for aligning business objectives with employees and management, consistent with Spectra's policies. The position serves as a consultant to the MBCC management team on human resource-related issues. The HR Business Partner acts as an employee champion and change agent. The HR Business Partner's role is to assess and anticipate HR-related needs, as well as communicating needs proactively with the MBCC management team. The position formulates partnerships across the Spectra HR function to deliver value-added service to the MBCC management team and employees that reflect the business objectives of both Spectra and the local MBCC management team.
