The Event Staff Lead is the primary on-site representative responsible for ensuring the successful execution of all events held at the facility. This position oversees and manages every operational aspect of assigned events, including event staff supervision, venue readiness, parking, security, and coordination with local public safety officials. The Event Staff Lead ensures the facility is fully operational, safe, and guest-ready prior to event start and acts as the Manager on Duty throughout each event. This role requires excellent leadership, organization, and customer service skills to ensure client and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:
High school diploma from an accredited school or a GED.
One year of industry experience in event execution, including concerts, meetings, trade shows, and theater.
Two years of supervisory experience, preferably in a public venue or live event setting.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a valid driver’s license.
Must maintain a valid telephone number.
